The User shall not use the Services for sale of prohibited products or services including but not limited to:
1. Adult Products
2. Pornographic
3. Alcohol
4. Medicines, drugs and drug accessories
5. Live or dead animals including their parts and products
6. Gender test kits for babies
7. A product/material/service that cannot be sold on an e-commerce platform
8. Any article, material, or service that a law may at any time declare to be illegal.
9. Products containing tobacco, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and related products
10. Items or materials that can be used for illegal or unlawful purposes
11. Goods and materials that are counterfeit or infringe upon any intellectual property rights
12. Currency, Negotiable Instruments, etc.
13. Fire Arms, parts thereof and ammunitions, weapons, knives, sharp-edged etc.
14. Financial Services
15. Grey market product
16. Event tickets
17. Hazardous materials such as oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids), acid, fireworks, explosives, flammable adhesives, poison, hazardous chemicals, etc.
18. Human remains or skeleton
19. Liquefied Petroleum Gas cylinder
20. Maps and literature showing the wrong boundary between India and the neighboring countries
21. Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
22. Government related items
23. Radioactive Materials
24. Documents issued by the government, such as passports
25. Stocks and other securities or related financial products
26. Any other sanctioned or prohibited items as per law.
